ULTRAFLEX OPTION

For CHF 19.00, the UltraFlex option offers maximum flexibility until the Wednesday before the race (Wednesday, August 28):

  • Postpone registration to 2025 without justification
  • Change the number holder
  • Change the route by adding the possible difference with the new chosen route if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route chosen has a lower fare.

 

OTHER POSSIBILITIES

In order to offer you maximum flexibility, the organization also offers the following possibilities without taking the UltraFlex option. Until July 15, it is possible to :

  • Postpone registration until 2025 on presentation of a medical certificate: CHF 25.00
  • Changing the number holder: 10.00 CHF
  • Change of route: CHF 10.00 plus any difference with the new route chosen if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route has a lower fare.

After this date and without the UltraFlex option, no more changes are possible.

Introductory rates for the 1st edition of the Ultimates courses

To ensure that you have enough experience and physical and mental capacity to tackle the challenging Ultimates courses, a comprehensive questionnaire is administered during the registration process.

The organization reserves the right to reject your participation in an Ultimate course. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund minus a processing fee of CHF 20.

- Equipment

  • Mandatory:
    • Approved helmet
    • Permanent light (not flashing) red at the back / white at the front with recharge
    • Reflector on the bike (offered by TDS)
    • Harness with reflective strips (offered by TDS)
    • GPS tracker (offered by TDS)
    • GPS counter with the route
    • Logbook to be validated at checkpoints (offered by TDS)
    • Permanently charged phone
    • Survival blanket
    • Hydration: 1.5L capacity
    • Waterproof jacket, at least 1 layer long sleeve

  • Change the route by adding the possible difference with the new chosen route if the fare is higher. There is no refund if the new route chosen has a lower fare.

DETOUR AND THEFT INSURANCE by BÂLOISE

For an amount of CHF 8.00, this insurance allows you to cover the damage and theft of your bike on the day of the event for a maximum insured value of CHF 10,000. Please note that to take out this insurance, the policyholder must be established in Switzerland.

It is also possible to take a pack " Option Ultraflex + Insurance damage and theft " for an amount of 25.00 CHF

 

OTHER POSSIBILITIES

Following the post-event 2022 survey, we have taken into account the important proportion of participants wishing to have lower registration fees by removing the jersey. However, we offer to all registrants the possibility to acquire a Santini jersey for an exceptional price between CHF 20.00 and CHF 30.00 depending on the time of registration.
